What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, role, location, packaging sector and message. If you choose to upload a resume, we also receive the information in that document. Please do not include sensitive information that is not necessary for a recruitment conversation.
Why we use your information
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, understand hiring requirements or career interests, and discuss relevant recruitment services or opportunities. The form asks for your permission to contact you. You may withdraw this permission by emailing Craig.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries and resumes are stored in a private website database hosted through Manus. Resume documents are not made publicly accessible. When email delivery is connected, an email delivery provider (Resend) transmits your enquiry and any resume attachment directly to Craig. Hosting and email infrastructure may process data outside your country.
Sharing and retention
Submitting a resume does not make it publicly available or automatically distribute it to prospective employers. Discuss with Craig how your profile may be used in a specific search. Your information is kept for recruitment-related follow-up; contact Craig to request deletion or to agree your retention preferences.
Your choices
You can ask to review, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. Send requests to craig.feeney@ckf-international.com so they can be considered.
